Hmm....how true? it's really true.Many times what i encounter was,the retail vendor would look at me wide eye, even i pre-informed them that "no plastic bags for me, please". it's like these sentence does not register into their daily lives. btw, i carried a really big handbag for a purse and handphone. why would i need a plastic bag?
